When am I charged?
Nothing is charged at checkout. Your card is verified with a $0 authorization and the first-month price is charged only after a licensed physician approves treatment.

Cancel anytime by emailing support. No phone calls, no cancellation fees, no retention scripts. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

If the reviewing physician decides GLP-1 treatment is not appropriate for you, you are not charged. Nothing was collected at checkout, so there is nothing to refund.

Discreet shipping is included in every plan and is designed for delivery in 5 to 7 business days from the pharmacy. Damaged or missing shipments reported within 14 days are replaced at no charge.

Care is planned in 48 states. Louisiana and Mississippi are waitlist-only. Each state page names the state medical board and the telehealth rules that apply.
Read the answerHow do refills and the 30-day cycle work?
After the first month, the standard monthly price is charged every 30 days and each refill ships on the same cycle. A reminder email goes out 3 days before each charge.
