The order of events

You complete the online medical assessment and, if you choose to enroll, enter a payment card at checkout. The card is verified with a $0 authorization: no money moves.

A physician licensed in your state reviews your file. Where your state's telehealth rules require it, or where the physician decides it is needed, the review includes a phone or video visit.

Only if the physician approves treatment is the first-month price charged. That price already includes the $20 medical consultation fee, which is collected on a pass-through basis for the physician who reviewed your file.

What each plan costs

Essential (compounded semaglutide injection): $179 your first month, then $299 every 30 days. Performance (compounded tirzepatide injection): $339 your first month, then $439 every 30 days.

Each price includes the physician review, the medication, shipping and messaging with your care team. There is no separate membership fee.
