How do I choose between the three plans?
Take our 2-minute medical assessment. A US-licensed physician reviews your goals, BMI, medical history, and contraindications, then recommends the right plan for you. Express is often a good fit for patients who prefer no needles or want to start fast. Essential is our flagship plan and a strong starting point for steady weight loss. Performance is for patients targeting more aggressive results who are appropriate for the dual GIP and GLP-1 mechanism.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The listed monthly price covers everything for that plan: a $20 medical consultation fee collected on a pass-through basis to your provider (included in the first-month price), your compounded medication, discreet shipping, and unlimited messaging with your care team. No add-on charges, no surprise renewals.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, with physician approval. Patients commonly start on one plan and switch as their progress, tolerance, and goals evolve. Plan switches happen through your patient portal with a brief clinical review.
Does insurance cover this?
Compounded GLP-1 medications are typically self-pay. We do not bill insurance, but we keep our pricing well below brand-name retail (Wegovy around $1,349 per month, Zepbound around $1,086 per month) so most patients save significantly. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Why is the sixth month medication included on every plan?
Clinical evidence shows that the largest weight loss with GLP-1 medications happens between months 6 and 9 of consistent treatment. STEP-1 (NEJM 2021) reported an average of 14.9% body weight loss at week 68 on semaglutide 2.4 mg, and SURMOUNT-1 (NEJM 2022) reported 20.9% at week 72 on tirzepatide 15 mg. Many patients stop at month 3 or 4, before the milestone window opens. To support patients to that milestone, the medication for your sixth month is included at no additional charge after five consecutive paid monthly cycles. One-time benefit per patient. Subscription continues at the standard rate from Month 7 unless canceled.
