How do I choose between the two plans?
Take our 2-minute medical assessment. A US-licensed physician reviews your goals, BMI, medical history, and contraindications, then recommends the right plan for you. Where your state's telehealth rules require it, or where the physician decides it is needed, your evaluation also includes a phone or video visit. Essential is our flagship plan. Performance uses the dual GIP and GLP-1 mechanism; whether it fits your history and goals is the physician's call.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The listed monthly price covers everything for that plan: a $20 medical consultation fee collected on a pass-through basis to your licensed physician (included in the first-month price), your compounded medication, discreet shipping, and unlimited messaging with your care team. No add-on charges, no surprise renewals.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, with physician approval. The plans are designed so you can start on one and switch as your progress, tolerance, and goals evolve. Plan switches happen with a brief clinical review; message your care team to start one.
Does insurance cover this?
Compounded GLP-1 medications are typically self-pay. We do not bill insurance. Our pricing is transparent and all-in, covering the physician review, the compounded medication, shipping, and support in one monthly price. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
