How is a row collected?

A script downloads the registered public pages of each provider on the capture date and stores the raw HTML with a manifest (URL, time, HTTP status, checksum). Every value is then read from that stored snapshot. Nothing is filled from memory or from other websites.

Not visible: the fact was not present in the stored snapshot of the registered pages on the capture date. A price rendered only by a script after the page loads counts as n/v with a note, because a crawler and a visitor on a slow connection see the same thing.

Why is Majesta Health in its own index?

Because the row is collected by the same script and scored by the same rules as every other row, and because leaving ourselves out would make the table a marketing page. Majesta Health sells a competing service, and that is stated above the table.

The index measures exactly one thing: what a visitor can learn about price and terms from a provider's public pages without leaving an email and without starting an intake. It is an index of transparency, not of the quality of medicine, the quality of medication or the honesty of a company.

Inclusion: cash-pay GLP-1 telehealth offers sold publicly in the United States on the capture date. Adding or removing a provider in a future cut is explained in the changelog. Fields and definitions were fixed on 2026-08-28, before the first capture, so that they could not be adjusted to a desired conclusion.

A script downloads the registered public pages of every provider and stores gzipped raw snapshots with a manifest (URL, UTC time, HTTP status, checksum, size).
Each field is filled by reading the stored snapshot; every value must be findable in it, or absent from it for n/v. Nothing from memory, nothing from third-party reviews.
The dataset is written with the capture date in its name. Past cuts are never rewritten; new cuts sit beside them.
