Here's exactly how and when you're billed, in plain English. The structure below uses our flagship Essential plan as the worked example. The same billing structure applies to every plan (Express, Essential, Performance), only the per-tier prices change. See all plans.

How billing works

Your subscription is billed monthly. Here's the rhythm:

  1. Month 1

    You pay the first-month price

    $179

    Charged when you complete checkout after physician approval. Covers your first 28-day supply of compounded medication, physician review, and ongoing care. Your first month includes a $20 medical consultation fee that is collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file.

  2. Month 2

    Standard monthly price begins

    $299

    Charged automatically 28 days after your first order. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge.

  3. Month 3

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same rhythm, every 28 days, you receive medication and care, and are charged on the same cycle.

  4. Month 4

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same monthly rhythm. Many patients hit a motivational plateau around this point. Message your care team early with any side-effect or progress questions; staying consistent through this window is what unlocks the months 6 to 9 progress curve.

  5. Month 5

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same monthly rhythm. Your physician may adjust dose or address side effects as your body fully adapts. Your milestone month is next.

  6. Month 6

    Your milestone month is included

    $0

    The medication for your sixth month is included at no additional charge as a clinical-milestone celebration after five consecutive paid monthly cycles. The largest GLP-1 weight loss happens between months 6 and 9 of consistent treatment (STEP-1, NEJM 2021). No coupon codes or forms required. You still receive your full medication shipment and care-team support during this month. A medical consultation fee may apply if a refill review is required at the physician's discretion.

  7. Month 7+

    Standard monthly price resumes

    $299

    Your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate. Cancel anytime in your account settings, no phone calls, no fees, no pressure.

Key policies

Month 6 milestone benefit, how it works

Clinical evidence shows the largest weight loss with GLP-1 medications happens between months 6 and 9 of consistent treatment. STEP-1 (NEJM 2021) reported an average of 14.9% body weight loss at week 68 on semaglutide. SURMOUNT-1 (NEJM 2022) reported 20.9% at week 72 on tirzepatide. To support patients to that milestone, the medication for your sixth month is included at no additional charge after five consecutive paid monthly cycles.

  • One-time benefit per patient. Applied automatically when your subscription completes five consecutive paid monthly cycles.
  • No action required. No coupon codes, forms, or support tickets.
  • You still receive your full medication shipment and care-team support during your included month.
  • A medical consultation fee may still apply if a refill review is required during your included month, at the physician's discretion.
  • If you cancel before Month 6, the benefit does not apply to a future re-subscription.
  • After Month 6, your subscription continues at $299/month from Month 7 onward unless canceled. The benefit is not repeated in subsequent billing cycles.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, you'll still receive any medication you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no retention calls. If you ever have trouble cancelling, email support@majestahealth.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

All medication sales are final

Once medication ships from our partner pharmacy, all sales are final. This is standard across the industry: medication cannot be returned or resold for safety and regulatory reasons. Our Month 6 milestone benefit is designed as a built-in clinical-milestone celebration rather than a refund window.

If you are not medically approved

If the reviewing physician determines that GLP-1 treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, the medication portion of your charge is refunded automatically. The $20 medical consultation fee paid through to your provider for the file review is non-refundable, because the physician has already performed the clinical work.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, email support@majestahealth.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no additional charge. Photos help us resolve it faster.

$20 medical consultation fee

A $20 medical consultation fee is included in your first-month charge and collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file. The fee compensates the physician for the clinical review of your assessment and any follow-up clinical decision-making. The medical consultation fee is not a Majesta Health service charge and is not retained by Majesta Health.
