Here's exactly how and when you're billed, in plain English. The structure below uses our flagship Essential plan as the worked example. The same billing structure applies to every plan (Essential, Performance), only the per-tier prices change. See all plans.

How billing works

Your subscription is billed monthly. Here's the rhythm:

  1. Month 1

    Waitlist member first-month price at launch

    $149.50

    Nothing is charged at checkout. We verify your card with a $0 authorization, and the first-month price is charged only after a licensed physician reviews your file and approves treatment. If the physician does not approve treatment, you are not charged at all. The first-month price covers your first month of compounded medication (four weekly doses), the physician review, and ongoing care, and it includes a $20 medical consultation fee collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file.

  2. Month 2

    Standard monthly price begins

    $299

    Charged automatically 30 days after your first order. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge.

  3. Month 3

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same rhythm, every 30 days, you receive medication and care, and are charged on the same cycle.

  4. Month 4

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same monthly rhythm: every 30 days you are charged and your refill ships.

  5. Month 5

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same monthly rhythm. Message your care team with any questions between renewals.

  6. Month 6+

    Standard monthly price continues

    $299

    Your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate. Cancel anytime by emailing support, no phone calls, no fees, no pressure.

Waitlist launch offer

Email addresses that joined the Majesta Health waitlist before enrollment opened get 50% off their first month. For this offer, first month means your first 30-day billing period.

  • Essential: $149.50 for your first month (50% off the $299 regular price), then $299 every 30 days.
  • Performance: $219.50 for your first month (50% off the $439 regular price), then $439 every 30 days.
  • Express, planned: $124.50 for your first month (50% off the proposed $249 regular price), then $249 every 30 days, once Express opens.

Each price includes physician review, medication if prescribed, shipping and support. Express is a planned option and is not available for enrollment or purchase yet. Its waitlist price applies once Express opens.

This offer is for email addresses that joined the Majesta Health waitlist before enrollment opened. It applies once per email address, to the first 30-day billing period of the plan you enroll in, when you check out with that email address using the waitlist price link we send to it. Every later 30-day billing period is charged at the regular price shown above. The $20 medical consultation fee stays included in the first charge and is paid in full to the reviewing physician. You are charged only if a licensed physician approves treatment.

Key policies

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing us, and we act on it the same business day. A self-serve cancel button ships with the account portal; until it does, one email is the whole process, and we will never ask you to call. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, you'll still receive any medication you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no retention calls. If you ever have trouble cancelling, email support@majestahealth.com and we aim to handle it within 24 hours.

All medication sales are final

Once medication ships from our partner pharmacy, all sales are final. This is standard across the industry: medication cannot be returned or resold for safety and regulatory reasons.

If you are not medically approved

You are not charged. Nothing is collected at checkout, and if the reviewing physician determines that GLP-1 treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, no charge is ever made. There is no refund to wait for and no consultation fee to absorb, because the payment happens only on approval.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, email support@majestahealth.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no additional charge. Photos help us resolve it faster. Your prescription records may list the pharmacy under its legal name, Belmar Pharmacy Florida, LLC; that is our dispensing pharmacy partner, Belmar Pharmacy in Odessa, Florida.

$20 medical consultation fee

A $20 medical consultation fee is included in your first-month charge and collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file. It is part of the first-month price, so it is charged only if treatment is approved. The fee compensates the physician for the clinical review of your assessment and any follow-up clinical decision-making. The medical consultation fee is not a Majesta Health service charge and is not retained by Majesta Health.
