Here's exactly how and when you're billed, in plain English. The structure below uses our flagship Essential plan as the worked example. The same billing structure applies to every plan (Essential, Performance), only the per-tier prices change. See all plans.

How billing works

Your subscription is billed monthly. Here's the rhythm:

  1. Month 1

    You pay the first-month price

    $179

    Charged when you complete checkout after physician approval. Covers your first 28-day supply of compounded medication, physician review, and ongoing care. Your first month includes a $20 medical consultation fee that is collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file.

  2. Month 2

    Standard monthly price begins

    $299

    Charged automatically 30 days after your first order. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge.

  3. Month 3

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same rhythm, every 30 days, you receive medication and care, and are charged on the same cycle.

  4. Month 4

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same monthly rhythm. Many patients hit a motivational plateau around this point. Message your care team early with any side-effect or progress questions; staying consistent matters most during this window.

  5. Month 5

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same monthly rhythm. Your physician may adjust dose or address side effects as your body fully adapts.

  6. Month 6+

    Standard monthly price continues

    $299

    Your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate. Cancel anytime in your account settings, no phone calls, no fees, no pressure.

Key policies

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, you'll still receive any medication you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no retention calls. If you ever have trouble cancelling, email support@majestahealth.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

All medication sales are final

Once medication ships from our partner pharmacy, all sales are final. This is standard across the industry: medication cannot be returned or resold for safety and regulatory reasons.

If you are not medically approved

If the reviewing physician determines that GLP-1 treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, the medication portion of your charge is refunded automatically. The $20 medical consultation fee paid through to your provider for the file review is non-refundable, because the physician has already performed the clinical work.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive at all, email support@majestahealth.com within 14 days and we will send a replacement at no additional charge. Photos help us resolve it faster.

$20 medical consultation fee

A $20 medical consultation fee is included in your first-month charge and collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file. The fee compensates the physician for the clinical review of your assessment and any follow-up clinical decision-making. The medical consultation fee is not a Majesta Health service charge and is not retained by Majesta Health.
