How billing works

Your subscription is billed monthly. Here's the rhythm:

  1. Month 1

    You pay the first-month price

    Charged when you complete checkout after physician approval. Covers your first 28-day supply of medication, physician review, and ongoing support.

  2. Month 2

    Standard monthly price begins

    $299

    Charged automatically 28 days after your first order. You'll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge.

  3. Month 3

    Standard monthly price

    $299

    Same rhythm — every 28 days, you receive medication and care, and are charged on the same cycle.

  4. Month 4

    Your month is FREE

    $0

    This is our gift to you for staying the course. No coupon codes, no forms, no support tickets. You still receive your full medication shipment, physician support, and everything else — just with $0 charged that month.

  5. Month 5+

    Standard monthly price resumes

    $299

    Your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate. Cancel anytime in your account settings — no phone calls, no fees, no pressure.

Key policies

4th Month Free — how it works

  • Applied automatically when your subscription completes three consecutive paid billing cycles.
  • No action required — no coupon codes, no form to submit, no support ticket.
  • You still receive your full medication shipment and physician support during your free month.
  • If you cancel before Month 4, the free month does not apply to a future re-subscription.
  • Subscription continues at $299/month from Month 5 unless canceled.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you'll still receive any medication you already paid for. There are no cancellation fees and no retention calls. If you ever have trouble cancelling, email support@majestahealth.com and we'll handle it within 24 hours.

All medication sales are final

Once medication ships from our partner pharmacy, all sales are final. This is standard across the industry — medication cannot be returned or resold for safety and regulatory reasons. Our 4th-month-free offer is designed as a built-in thank-you instead of a refund window.

If you're not medically approved

If our reviewing physician determines GLP-1 treatment is not clinically appropriate for you, your charge is fully refunded automatically — you won't receive medication and you won't be billed for a program you can't use.

Damaged or missing shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, email support@majestahealth.com within 14 days and we'll send a replacement at no charge. Photos help us resolve it faster.
