Terms of Service

Last updated: April 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Majesta Health's website and services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services Description

Majesta Health is a telehealth platform that connects patients with licensed healthcare providers for weight management consultations and GLP-1 medication prescriptions. We are not a pharmacy, insurance company, or replacement for emergency medical care.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use our Services. You must provide accurate and complete health information. Providing false or misleading health information may result in termination of your account.

4. Medical Disclaimer

Majesta Health facilitates access to licensed healthcare providers but does not itself provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions are made by independent licensed physicians. A prescription is not guaranteed. Physicians may determine that GLP-1 treatment is not appropriate for your situation. Compounded medications dispensed through our partner pharmacy network are not FDA-approved as final products and are not generic versions of, equivalent to, or interchangeable with any FDA-approved medication.

By using the Services, you agree to the Telehealth Informed Consent provided on our Telehealth Consent page. You may be asked to re-affirm the consent during the clinical assessment process.

5. Subscription and Billing

Our Services are offered as a monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

Medical consultation fee. A $20 medical consultation fee is included in your first-month charge and is collected on a pass-through basis to the licensed physician who reviews your file. The medical consultation fee is not retained by Majesta Health and compensates the reviewing physician for their clinical work. The medical consultation fee is non-refundable once the clinical review has been performed.

6. Refunds

If the reviewing physician determines that you are not a clinically appropriate candidate for GLP-1 treatment after reviewing your assessment, the medication portion of your charge is refunded automatically. The $20 medical consultation fee paid through to your provider is non-refundable, because the physician has already performed the clinical review. Once medication has shipped from our partner pharmacy, all sales are final.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy and HIPAA Notice for information on how we handle your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majesta Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. State Notices

Majesta Healthoperates under the telehealth and medical practice laws of each state where we make care available. Every prescription is written by a physician who holds an active license in the patient's state of residence. We currently make care available to residents of 48 states and the District of Columbia. We do not currently serve Louisiana or Mississippi.

Provider verification. The name, reported specialty, and National Provider Identifier (NPI) of every physician on our care team are published on our Care Team page. Any credential can be independently confirmed in the public NPPES registry at npiregistry.cms.hhs.gov.

State medical boards.Concerns about the care provided by a licensed physician may be directed to the medical board of the state in which you reside. Each state medical board maintains a public process for verifying a physician's license and for submitting complaints. Contact information for your state medical board is available through the Federation of State Medical Boards at fsmb.org.

Compounded medications. Compounded medications dispensed through our partner pharmacy network are prepared by state-licensed compounding pharmacies. They are not FDA-approved as final products and are not generic versions of, equivalent to, or interchangeable with any FDA-approved medication.
