Methodology
- A script sends each of the 50 prompts once to each engine's API with web search or grounding enabled, on the run date, and stores the full answer text and its citations.
- OpenAI and Perplexity return page URLs; each URL is reduced to its host. Gemini returns the source domain of each grounding chunk. Links to google.com/maps or bing.com/maps are counted as map links and excluded from domain tables.
- A domain counts once per answer. Shares are published beside the raw counts and never without them.
- Majesta Health is counted by the same rule as every other domain. Named means the answer text contained the company name; cited means a link to majestahealth.com.
- Domains are listed, never characterised. A listing here says only that an engine cited that domain in that run.
- Each cut is written with its run date in the file name. Past cuts are never rewritten.

Frequently asked questions
- What does the panel measure?
- For each of 50 fixed questions about GLP-1 telehealth, which websites each engine's API cited in its answer, and whether the answer named or cited Majesta Health. It measures citations in one dated run. It does not measure the quality of any website, engine or company.
- How is a citation counted?
- A domain counts once per answer in which at least one citation link resolves to that host, however many links the answer carried. The share is that count divided by the number of answers the engine returned, and both numbers are always shown together.
- Why are the three engines not comparable to each other?
- They return different kinds of citations. The OpenAI and Perplexity APIs return page URLs. The Gemini API returns the source domain of each grounding chunk rather than a page URL, so Gemini rows are domains only. ChatGPT answers to local questions also carry Google Maps links to businesses, which are counted as map links and kept out of the domain table.
- Why is Majesta Health in its own dataset?
- Because it is counted by the same rule as every other domain, and because leaving ourselves out would turn the table into a marketing page. Majesta Health sells a GLP-1 telehealth service, and that is stated above the table.
- Will the same prompt give the same answer tomorrow?
- No. Engine outputs vary from run to run and by user, location, account and model version. Each cut is one dated run, and past cuts are never rewritten.
