A score would be our opinion. The table records what a page says, with the page and the date, so that anyone can check it. Rows are in alphabetical order.

Does 'cancellation visible: n/v' mean a provider hides its terms?

No. It means the terms were not findable from the registered public pages in the stored snapshot on that date. They may exist behind a login or on a page we did not register. The field measures visibility, not intent.
