How does shipping work?

Quick answer
Discreet shipping is included in every plan. If treatment is prescribed, a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to your home, and the plan is designed for delivery within 5 to 7 business days of dispatch. If a shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive, email support within 14 days and we send a replacement at no additional charge.
Who ships and what to expect
Medication ships only after a licensed physician has prescribed it. It is prepared by our dispensing pharmacy partner, Belmar Pharma Solutions, a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy, and shipped to the address on your account. Your prescription records may list the pharmacy under its registered pharmacy name; that is the same partner.
Shipping is included in the plan price. The plan is designed for delivery within 5 to 7 business days of dispatch; we do not publish carrier, packaging or transit details beyond what the pharmacy has confirmed to us in writing.
Damaged, incorrect or missing shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, or does not arrive at all, email support@majestahealth.com within 14 days. Photos help us resolve it faster. We send a replacement at no additional charge.
Once medication has shipped, all sales are final: medication cannot be returned or resold, for safety and regulatory reasons.
