You can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@majestahealth.com. We act on it the same business day, there are no cancellation fees and no retention calls, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, so you still receive any medication you have already paid for.

The whole process

Send one email to support@majestahealth.com from the address on your account and say that you want to cancel. That is the whole process. We will never ask you to call, and we do not run retention offers or scripts.

A self-serve cancel button ships with the patient account portal. Until it does, one email is the mechanism, and it is described here so that nothing on the site promises a button that does not exist yet.

What happens after you cancel

Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You are not charged again, and you still receive any medication you have already paid for. Medication that has already shipped cannot be returned or refunded, for safety and regulatory reasons.

If you ever have trouble cancelling, email support and we aim to resolve it within 24 hours.
