How do refills and the 30-day cycle work?

Quick answer
After your first month, the standard monthly price ($299 on Essential, $439 on Performance) is charged every 30 days, counted from your first order, and each refill ships on the same cycle. You receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge, and you can cancel by email at any time before it.
The rhythm
Month 1: the first-month price is charged only after physician approval. From then on, every 30 days you are charged the standard monthly price and your refill ships. A reminder email arrives 3 days before each charge.
Between renewals you keep access to your care team by messaging, and your physician reviews your progress at monthly check-ins.
Changes to your plan
If your physician changes your prescription, your plan and price change from the next cycle and you see the new price before you are charged. Any change you request goes through support@majestahealth.com and is confirmed to you in writing.
