Medical Team and Clinical Review

Real physicians. Real names. Credentials you can verify.

Every prescription on Majesta Health is written by a licensed physician in your state. Our health content is written against primary sources: FDA labels, peer-reviewed trials, HHS and CDC publications, and passes a documented compliance review before publication. We are now rolling out named physician review: each reviewed article will show the reviewing physician's name, NPI, and review date. This is not a marketing claim. It is how we are structurally built.

Our care team currently includes 48 US-licensed physicians. Each one is listed by name and NPI, with their state licenses, on our care team page, and every credential can be verified in the public NPPES registry.

MD Integrations (MDI Medical Group, PC) is the telemedicine provider network that delivers all clinical services on Majesta Health, including medical consultations, prescriptions, and ongoing care, on behalf of Majesta Health patients. MDI physicians are independent, US-licensed clinicians who exercise their own medical judgment. Majesta Health is the platform; MDI is the medical practice.

Our Editorial Standards

How a Majesta Health article moves from draft to published.

  1. Evidence-first sourcing

Every clinical claim is sourced to peer-reviewed clinical trial evidence, an FDA prescribing label, an HHS or CDC publication, or a similarly authoritative source. We cite primary sources directly in the article, and our educational blog covers the underlying research in depth.

  2. Physician clinical review

A reviewed article names its physician reviewer, their NPI, and the review date. Articles without a named reviewer are written against primary sources and pass compliance review, and are labelled "Reviewed by Majesta team" rather than implying more.

  3. Compliance review

Every article passes FDA, FTC, HIPAA, and platform policy review before going live. We never claim that compounded medications are FDA-approved as final products. We never promise specific weight-loss results. We never use fake testimonials or fabricated before-and-after imagery.

  4. Last-reviewed dating

Every price and regulatory fact carries an as-of date. When new trial data, FDA guidance, or pricing changes, we update the article. We do not leave outdated medical information in circulation.

Compliance Posture

We treat compliance as a structural commitment, not a marketing line.

HIPAA. Patient health information stays inside first-party, encrypted systems. We do not run third-party tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel) on any page that touches patient clinical context. This matches the 2023 and 2024 HHS guidance on online tracking and protected health information.

FDA. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved as final products and are not generic versions of, equivalent to, or interchangeable with any FDA-approved medication. We pair this disclosure with every compounded medication reference on the site.

FTC. We do not use fabricated testimonials, before-and-after imagery that has not been independently consented and dated, or unsubstantiated weight-loss guarantees. Pricing is disclosed transparently with no bait-and-switch tiers.

LegitScript.Majesta Health LLC received LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification on August 26, 2026; the listing is publicly verifiable on LegitScript's site. Our clinical partner (MD Integrations) is LegitScript certified as well, and our dispensing pharmacy partner (Belmar Pharma Solutions) is a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy.

State medical boards. Every prescription is written by a physician licensed in the patient's state of residence. Some states are not yet part of our active service map; see our states page for current coverage.

Provider group. Clinical consultations and prescriptions are provided through our telehealth provider group partner, MD Integrations (MDI Medical Group, PC), available at www.mdintegrations.com. MD Integrations operates a nationwide network of US-licensed physicians (patient availability varies by state; see our states page) and is LegitScript certified, HIPAA compliant, and SOC 2 Type II accredited.
