Medical Team and Clinical Review

Real US-licensed physicians review every article.

Every clinical article on Majesta Health is reviewed by a US-licensed physician before publication. Every prescription on Majesta Health is written by a board-certified physician licensed in your state. This is not a marketing claim. It is how we are structurally built.

Our Editorial Standards

How a Majesta Health article moves from draft to published.

  1. Evidence-first sourcing

Every clinical claim is sourced to a peer-reviewed study (STEP, SURMOUNT, SELECT, SURPASS, PIONEER trial programs), an FDA prescribing label, an HHS or CDC publication, or a similarly authoritative source. We cite primary sources directly in the article.

  2. Physician clinical review

A US-licensed physician reviews every clinical article before publication. The reviewer reads the draft against the cited sources, flags any unsupported claims, and signs off on the clinical accuracy of dosing, side-effect rates, contraindications, and treatment guidance.

  3. Compliance review

Every article passes FDA, FTC, HIPAA, and platform policy review before going live. We never claim that compounded medications are FDA-approved as final products. We never promise specific weight-loss results. We never use fake testimonials or fabricated before-and-after imagery.

  4. Last-reviewed dating

Each article shows its last clinical review date. When new trial data, FDA guidance, or pricing information emerges, we update the article and refresh the review date. We do not leave outdated medical information in circulation.

Compliance Posture

We treat compliance as a structural commitment, not a marketing line.

HIPAA. Patient health information stays inside our first-party, encrypted patient portal. We do not run third-party tracking pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, TikTok Pixel) on any page that touches patient clinical context. This matches the 2023 and 2024 HHS guidance on online tracking and protected health information.

FDA. Compounded preparations are not FDA-approved as final products. The active pharmaceutical ingredient is FDA-registered. We pair this disclosure with every compounded medication reference on the site.

FTC. We do not use fabricated testimonials, before-and-after imagery that has not been independently consented and dated, or unsubstantiated weight-loss guarantees. Pricing is disclosed transparently with no bait-and-switch tiers.

LegitScript. Our clinical partner (MD Integrations) is LegitScript certified. Our dispensing pharmacy partner (Belmar Pharma Solutions) is LegitScript certified and NABP accredited at all facilities. Majesta Health LLC is in active LegitScript Healthcare Merchant Certification review.

State medical boards. Every prescription is written by a physician licensed in the patient's state of residence. We do not serve states where our clinical network does not hold active licensure. See our states page for current coverage.
