Majesta Health vs Medvi
We respect Medvi. This is an honest comparison - pricing, physician access, and what you actually get for your money. We don't pretend to win on every line. We win on the ones that matter most for your long-term outcome.
What you get with Majesta that you may not get elsewhere
One physician, every visit
You're paired with one US-licensed doctor who knows your history, watches your progress, and adjusts your dose. No rotating providers. No re-explaining yourself each refill.
Month 6 milestone month included
Clinical evidence shows the largest GLP-1 weight loss happens between months 6 and 9 of consistent treatment (STEP-1, NEJM 2021). After five consecutive paid monthly cycles, the medication for your sixth month is included at no additional charge as a clinical-milestone celebration. One-time benefit per patient. Subscription continues at the standard monthly rate from Month 7 unless canceled.
Unlimited messaging, included
Side effect questions, dose adjustments, food and lifestyle support - message your doctor anytime through the patient portal. Most replies within 24 hours.
No annual contract or upcharges
No 12-month prepay required for our base price. No paid coaching tier. No surprise renewal charges. Cancel anytime from your portal.
We're not the cheapest GLP-1 program on the market - a few competitors have lower headline prices for short commitment terms. We are built for people who want predictable monthly care from the same physician for the long-term, with our Month 6 milestone medication benefit baked in.

Medvi and Majesta are the closest direct comparison on this page, same specialty focus, same headline price. The honest difference comes down to experience, not cost. Choose Medvi if you prefer the established brand and don't mind that providers may rotate. Choose Majesta if you want the same physician every visit, the Month 6 medication included loyalty benefit, and the tighter founding-member relationship of a smaller program.
Frequently asked questions: Majesta vs Medvi
Is Majesta Health the same as Medvi for weight loss?
Same headline price on injection, different structure overall. Medvi charges $179 your first month and $299 a month after for compounded semaglutide injection, which matches Majesta Essential exactly. Beyond that, Majesta offers two additional plans Medvi does not have: Express (sublingual semaglutide) at $179 first month and $249 a month, and Performance (compounded tirzepatide injection) at $329 first month and $399 a month. Majesta also pairs you with the same physician throughout treatment, includes unlimited doctor messaging on every plan, and includes Month 6 medication on every plan after five paid monthly cycles.
Does Medvi have the same Month 6 free medication benefit as Majesta?
No. Medvi does not advertise an equivalent loyalty benefit on its current pricing pages. The Month 6 medication included on Majesta is structurally part of every plan: after five consecutive paid monthly cycles, your sixth month medication is included at no additional charge as a clinical-milestone celebration. It is a one-time benefit per patient, and your subscription continues at the standard monthly rate from Month 7 unless you cancel.
Who has more medication options, Medvi or Majesta?
Majesta offers three plans (sublingual semaglutide, semaglutide injection, tirzepatide injection). Medvi runs one core compounded semaglutide injection plan as its featured offering. If you specifically want a non-injection option or compounded tirzepatide, Majesta gives you those choices on the same platform with one physician. If semaglutide injection is the only thing you want, both platforms offer it at the same published price.
Can I switch from Medvi to Majesta Health?
Yes. You can complete the Majesta 2-minute medical assessment while you are still a Medvi patient. A Majesta physician reviews your file, including current medications and dose history, and determines whether continuing GLP-1 treatment through Majesta is appropriate. If approved, your new prescription is filled by our state-licensed compounding pharmacy. We recommend you formally cancel your Medvi plan to avoid overlapping shipments and charges.
Is Majesta or Medvi safer for compounded GLP-1?
Both Majesta and Medvi prescribe compounded GLP-1 medications through US-licensed physicians and dispense them through state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Safety on compounded GLP-1 is primarily a function of three things: physician oversight on dosing and contraindication screening, pharmacy compliance with USP 795 and 797 sterile compounding standards, and ongoing patient monitoring for side effects. Both platforms operate within this framework. Majesta uses pharmacies that hold both NABP accreditation and LegitScript certification, and we pair each patient with one physician to make ongoing monitoring more consistent.
