Majesta Health vs Calibrate
We respect Calibrate. This is an honest comparison - pricing, physician access, and what you actually get for your money. We don't pretend to win on every line. We win on the ones that matter most for your long-term outcome.
What you get with Majesta that you may not get elsewhere
One physician, every visit
You're paired with one US-licensed doctor who knows your history, watches your progress, and adjusts your dose. No rotating providers. No re-explaining yourself each refill.
Month 6 milestone month included
Clinical evidence shows the largest GLP-1 weight loss happens between months 6 and 9 of consistent treatment (STEP-1, NEJM 2021). After five consecutive paid monthly cycles, the medication for your sixth month is included at no additional charge as a clinical-milestone celebration. One-time benefit per patient. Subscription continues at the standard monthly rate from Month 7 unless canceled.
Unlimited messaging, included
Side effect questions, dose adjustments, food and lifestyle support - message your doctor anytime through the patient portal. Most replies within 24 hours.
No annual contract or upcharges
No 12-month prepay required for our base price. No paid coaching tier. No surprise renewal charges. Cancel anytime from your portal.
We're not the cheapest GLP-1 program on the market - a few competitors have lower headline prices for short commitment terms. We are built for people who want predictable monthly care from the same physician for the long-term, with our Month 6 milestone medication benefit baked in.

Which is right for you?
Calibrate is a strong fit if you want a structured year-long coaching program with extensive lifestyle and behavior-change support, and you can afford the $1,649 annual fee on top of medication. Majesta is a better fit if you want medical-quality GLP-1 care without the upfront annual commitment or coaching upcharges, and if you prefer paying monthly without forfeiting an annual prepayment if you decide to stop.
Frequently asked questions: Majesta vs Calibrate
Is Majesta Health cheaper than Calibrate?
Yes, by a wide margin on first-month entry. Calibrate charges a $1,649 annual program fee on top of the $199 monthly membership, putting first-month cost at roughly $1,848 before medication. Majesta Express plan is $179 your first month with no annual fee, and even the Performance tirzepatide plan at $329 first month is a fraction of Calibrate first-month entry. Over a 12-month period, total Majesta Express cost is around $2,918 and total Calibrate cost with their annual fee is around $4,037, plus brand-name medication costs which may or may not be covered by insurance.
Is Majesta a Calibrate alternative without the annual fee?
Yes. Majesta does not charge an annual program fee. You pay only the monthly cost of your chosen plan: Express $179 first month then $249 a month, Essential $179 first month then $299 a month, or Performance $329 first month then $399 a month. Everything in each plan, physician consultation, medication, shipping, and unlimited doctor messaging, is included. There is no separate coaching tier and no upfront commitment.
Does Calibrate or Majesta provide more coaching support?
Calibrate provides a structured year-long coaching curriculum with weekly content, habit tracking, and a dedicated coach for behavior change. Majesta does not run a separate coaching tier. Instead, your physician handles clinical questions, dose adjustments, and side effect management through unlimited messaging included in every plan. The honest answer is that Calibrate offers more structured coaching content, and Majesta offers more direct physician access for medical questions.
Can I switch from Calibrate to Majesta and stop paying the annual fee?
You can start a Majesta plan any time. Whether you receive a refund on a Calibrate annual fee depends entirely on Calibrate refund policies, and you should review your Calibrate membership terms or contact them directly before canceling. From the Majesta side, there is no annual fee to commit to and no penalty for switching, but we do not have access to refund decisions on Calibrate prepaid memberships.
Is Majesta a doctor-led or coach-led program like Calibrate?
Majesta is doctor-led. Your US-licensed physician reviews your medical history, prescribes your medication, adjusts your dose, and answers your clinical questions through messaging. There is no coach layer between you and the physician. Calibrate is coach-led with physician oversight: your coach handles weekly check-ins and curriculum, and a physician manages the prescription separately. Choose Majesta if you want direct doctor access. Choose Calibrate if you want a structured coaching framework alongside medication.
